Welcome to Zen Men - A Yoga Social designed specifically for men. Liam's sessions offer a space for men to unwind, destress, and connect with their inner selves. The session will start with a social walk before returning to The Threshing Barn for a Yoga session. First time Yogi? Have a regular practice but want to learn more? The sessions are designed to be adaptable for wherever someone is on their yoga journey. Take a step towards holistic wellbeing and join the community of Zen Men.
