I have had a number of requests from members for the Adult Ballet class to be on demand. Unfortunately there are copyright restrictions on having the playback music on the video and the video is not allowed on You Tube. I have edited the video and taken the music off however this also removes my voice and the verbal description and cues. So this video is designed to be watched by those that have taken part in the class already and have a grasp of the exercise. The Spotify Playlist accompanies the video and the tracks are in order.
