A Day Of Yoga & Journalling
Service Description
TIMETABLE 10.30am -11.00am - Arrivals and refreshments 11.00am - 12.00pm - Introductions and begin the day with an all levels Hatha Yoga session. 12.00pm -1.00pm Journaling Session 1. Introduction into journaling and flow journaling technique. 1.00pm - 2.00pm - Lunch break, relaxation or self guided walk exploring the paths on the doorstep. 2.00 - 3.30pm - Discovery journaling and intention setting for the quarter ahead 3.30pm - 4.00pm - Crystal bowl sound bath meditation 4.00pm - 4.30pm - Refreshments (hot drinks and sweet things), reflections and goodbyes WHAT'S INCLUDED Get back to yourself with a day of yoga, journaling, intention setting and relaxation to help you feel energised, centred and focused for the quarter head. After a refreshing drink and an introduction into the day we will begin with an accessible Hatha Yoga class taught by Amanda. She will use meditation and breathing techniques to still and free the mind, helping you be more open to creative ideas. Sarah will introduce the idea of flow journaling as a tool for creativity, self discovery and decision making. Over a vegetarian lunch you will have the opportunity to continue writing, take a self guided walk or simply relax. In the afternoon Sarah will help you explore discovery journaling & intention setting for the quarter ahead. Amanda will end the day with a restorative crystal bowl sound bath meditation to encourage deep relaxation and aid mental clarity. We will close with tea and cake, reflect on our intentions and the day, before saying our goodbyes. Amanda Drago Amanda’s yoga journey began during her 15 year career as a professional dancer and has 25 years teaching experience in yoga and dance. The foundation of her yoga practice is Sivananda, a classical and holistic approach to Hatha Yoga, a gentler form which is suitable for all ages and abilities which compliments Amanda’s inclusive teaching style. She is a qualified Crystal & Himalayan bowl sound practitioner with the College of Sound Healing and uses sound therapy as an extension of her yoga practice. Sarah Raad Sarah is a trained coach, having completed course with both Newcastle College and the Coaches Training Institute (CTI). She has worked as a coach and mentor to women for 15 years and helps her clients to grow themselves and their businesses. She does this through a range of techniques including journaling and by helping them to set goals, overcome fears and limited beliefs and by opening them up to what
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel or reschedule your class up to 4 hours before the start time and your class pass will be returned to be used on another class. If you do not cancel, you will lose a class pass.
