About the Event

NEW TO YOGA? WANT TO RESTART YOUR YOGA JOURNEY AFTER A BREAK?

This 4 week course is for you.

You need to be available for the following 4 dates.

Monday 12th May 6.30 - 7.30pm

Monday 19th May 6.30 - 7.30pm

Monday 26th May 6.30 - 7.30pm

Monday 2nd June 6.30 - 7.30pm


No prior experience of yoga needed. Classes are friendly and relaxed with questions and interactivity encouraged. The aim is for you to complete the course feeling confident to attend any yoga class anywhere.


WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

~ Key postures that feature in almost every yoga class

~ How to adapt postures to suit you

~ Mindful movement

~ Mind, body & breath connection

~ Relaxation techniques & guided meditation

~ Ways to improve your flexibility, strength and overall well-being


This course is non refundable. If you know in advance that you can't make one of the dates then please tell us and we we may be able to offer you a place on a gentler style regular class depending on availability.


Please wear comfortable yoga clothing and bring your mat. If you need to borrow one we have some at the studio. We practise in bare feet.
