About the Event

What To Expect

Across many ancient traditions, full moons were seen as powerful markers of seasonal change, reflection and renewal. A Blue Moon — the second full moon within a single calendar month — is often associated with heightened energy, transformation and rare moments of pause and clarity.

For this special Blue Moon Sound Bath, I’ll be joined by guest artist Shay Taylor.

About Shay

Visiting from Salt Lake City, USA, and currently travelling through the lands of her ancestors, Shay is a flautist, multi-instrumentalist and sound facilitator whose work is deeply inspired by landscape, stillness and ancestral sound traditions. Weaving together classical flute, Native American-style flute, crystal flute, Celtic whistle and intuitive percussion, she creates immersive musical experiences that invite reflection, connection and renewal.

The afternoon will begin with a Drum & Flute Circle led by Shay, followed by a simple shared supper before we gather together for the Full Blue Moon Sound Bath and Fire Ceremony. You can join in with one or all the activities.

No experience is needed for the drum circle or sound bath. All welcome.
