Join us for a creative and wellbeing mini retreat!
We will begin the day with a gentle Hatha yoga session to move and connect with our bodies, after which we will create our own willow wreath bases which we will decorate with foraged foliage. You will create a beautiful Christmas Wreath inspired by the landscape around us. Lunch will be warming soup and bread with baked treats around the fire pit weather permitting. We will end the day with a Crystal and Himalayan Bowl Sound Bath and guided meditation.
We’ll provide all materials and food. Please bring a pair of secateurs if you have them.
