About the Facilitators
Amanda Drago is an experienced mover and teacher whose work weaves together dance, yoga and sound healing. Trained at the Northern School of Contemporary Dance, her career spans performance, teaching and choreography across both community and professional settings.
Alongside her movement practice, Amanda teaches yoga with a focus on accessibility and care, creating classes that are both nurturing and supportive.
Amanda is an accredited Crystal and Himalayan Bowl Practitioner through the College of Sound Healing. Her work with sound draws on crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, chimes and percussion to create immersive sound journeys that calm the nervous system, quiet the mind and invite deep rest.
Debbie Harbin is a body-oriented psycho-somatic coach (ICF accredited) dedicated to helping individuals and teams reconnect with their innate capacity for growth and regeneration.
With over 20 years of experience working with the body and movement, Debbie believes that lasting change happens when we include the body in the process — not just the mind. Her work bridges neuroscience, embodiment and lived experience, supporting clients to understand the subtle signals of sensation, breath and posture that often reveal what words cannot.
Through psycho-somatic coaching, Debbie helps reconnect mind and body so that transformation becomes genuine and sustainable. By learning to listen to the body’s wisdom, clients are supported to move beyond mental analysis and into meaningful, embodied change.
Her approach is compassionate, grounded and empowering, rooted in the belief that each person already holds the resources they need within.
What to Expect
This is a theme-led day, gently guided by the question: What are you navigating right now?
Through a series of carefully held sessions, you’ll be invited to explore your experience not just through thinking — but through the body.
Somatic Coaching
Led by Debbie, these sessions introduce body-based practices that support awareness, regulation and transformation. You’ll explore:
Grounding and orienting practices
Embodied awareness and presence
The STUCK practice — a powerful process that transforms a current challenge into a future possibility by listening to the body rather than trying to fix or force change
Gentle Hatha Yoga
A slow, restorative practice with Amanda, designed to release tension, improve flexibility and support nervous system regulation. This will be an accessible class.
Sound Bath
A deeply relaxing sound journey using crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls and other instruments to help quiet the mind and restore balance.
Creative Reflection
Journaling, sharing and optional mandala creation will be woven throughout the day, offering space to integrate your experience.

Who This Is For
This day is for anyone who:
Is navigating change or transition
Feels stuck or uncertain
Wants to reconnect with their body
Is seeking rest, clarity or renewal
No prior experience is needed — just a willingness to be present and curious.
What is The STUCK Practice
At the heart of the day is a simple but powerful shift: What if what feels “stuck” is actually an invitation?
Rather than trying to fix or push through difficulty, this practice invites curiosity:
Welcoming what is present instead of resisting it
Listening to the body’s intelligence
Allowing movement and insight to emerge naturally
By turning towards your experience with openness, new possibilities can unfold.
