About the Event
‘Do the Doodle’ is a fun family-focused dance and doodle workshop that takes both the body & mind on a creative journey. Bringing together basic dance moves, poetry and guided doodling in an interactive session, Zoe Gadd from Dance Ahead invites families to learn the Doodle Dance, Doodle a Poodle and much more. Unleash your imaginations and let’s get doodling!
Zoe Gadd is an experience dance teacher, lecturer, choreographer and creative producer with own business Dance Ahead www.danceahead.co.uk. She is passionate about interdisciplinary theatre, site-specific theatre, collaboration and encouraging others to reach their full potential.
"Do The Doodle" workshop began life as a participatory immersive community event for Get Creative Festival 2019, in association with University Of Cumbria, BBC Radio Cumbria, SK Management and The Lanes Shopping Centre, Carlisle.
