A sensory sound bath to hold you while you hold your baby.

£16.00 for one adult & one baby

£6.00 No questions asked. (We aim to make our activities accessible to those in most need and offer 2 tickets at a significantly reduced price.)

This gentle experience is designed to soothe your nervous system and create a calm, shared space for bonding and rest.

During the session, you will be immersed in the sounds of crystal and Himalayan bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments. The vibrations help ease stress, calm the body, and encourage deep relaxation for both you and your little one. Many babies naturally drift off to sleep or remain peacefully settled, making this a restorative time for you to pause and reconnect.

This session is open to all parents, grandparents, or carers attending with their baby. To ensure a safe and cosy environment, it is best suited for babies who are not yet crawling. We will provide air beds, pillows, and blankets, along with storage for prams and buggies.

Your ticket includes entry for one adult and one baby, with the option for extra adults to join. Babies crying is absolutely welcome, and you are free to move around as needed.

We allow around 10 - 15 mins at the beginning for arrival and settling, then the sound bath for around 35 - 45 minutes and you are welcome to stay and socialise after the session with a hot drink.

Who Can Attend

• All parents and caregivers accompanied by pre-mobile babies.

• Pregnancy women in their 2nd & 3rd trimester.

Practical Details

• 15 minutes at the start for arrival & settling.

• We will provide an air bed, pillow, and blanket but please feel free to bring extra blankets and bedding as appropriate for your baby or you.

• Pram and buggy storage available.
