Skincare Facial with Helen Makepeace, Tropicbyjh

Helen is Level 2 beauty qualified and is particularly passionate about helping those with the most sensitive skin.

“After suffering with eczema all my life I wanted to create a workshop that not only helps the skin but also create a routine you can do anywhere. My workshops are a fun way to learn about skincare, create time for selfcare and wellness to leave you relaxed with glowing skin.”

Crystal & Himalayan Bowl Sound Bath with Amanda Drago

Amanda is an accredited Crystal Bowl and Himalayan Bowl Practitioner trained through the College of Sound Healing.

During the sound bath, you will enjoy a guided relaxation meditation to help you settle, followed by a Crystal & Himalayan Bowl sound bath to balance body, mind and soul.
