Valentine's Couples Sound Bath

Experience a unique and relaxing way to celebrate love this Valentine's Day with a couples sound bath. This soothing 60 minute session combines the healing power of sound with the intimacy of shared experiences, making it a perfect way to connect with your partner. Take the time to unwind, connect, and enjoy the healing power of sound together.

During the session, you and your partner will lie down comfortably on flotation beds while being enveloped by the sounds and vibrations of the instruments. The sound waves can help shift brain waves to deeper states of relaxation, like Theta, which promotes healing, creativity, and mental clarity. As the sounds resonate through the body, tension melts away, leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed.

You will be able to choose your hour long experience on either Friday 14th February or Sunday 16th February at the following times. When booking choose the preferred date and time from the drop down menu above.

• Friday 14th February 2025: 12.00pm - 1.00pm, 1.30pm - 2.30pm, 3.00 - 4.00pm, 4.30 - 5.30pm

• Sunday 16th February 2025 12.00pm - 1.00pm, 1.30pm - 2.30pm, 3.00 - 4.00pm, 4.30 - 5.30pm

"I am an accredited Crystal Bowl and Himalayan Bowl Practitioner through the College of Sound Healing. I use a variety of sound instruments within my practice including, crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, Koshi chimes and other percussive instruments that promote a sense of deep relaxation." 

What is a Sound Bath?

A Sound Bath is a deeply immersive, full-body experience where sound waves produced by instruments like gongs, singing bowls, and chimes wash over you. The vibrations and harmonics of these ancient instruments are thought to have healing qualities that help you achieve a meditative state, restore balance, and calm your mind.

What to expect?

The session will start with a guided meditation for around 15 minutes to help you relax. I will then play a range of Crystal & Himalayan Bowls as well as other percussive instruments for around 35 minutes. They will create a vibrating swell of sound in the room. The sounds help you mind relax and you may find you fall asleep or in a very relaxed state. After I finish playing there will be around 5 minutes of silence before waking you to refresh with a cold drink.

Important Information:

• I will provide a flotation bed, blankets, pillow and eye mask. To ensure maximum comfort during the session, please feel free to bring the following:

• Please arrive 5 minutes early to get settled. The session will begin promptly.

Contraindications:

While sound baths are suitable for most people, they may not be appropriate for everyone. Please take note of the following contraindications:

• If you are in the first trimester of pregnancy.

• If you have sound-sensitive epilepsy.

• If you have any form of pacemaker or similar medical device.

• If you have severe tinnitus or are sensitive to loud sounds.

Cancellation Policy

All programs are subject to change or cancellation.

If I cancel the event then a full refund will be issued and notification of cancellation will be sent via email.

If you are no longer able to attend, tickets are non refundable or transferable to another day. You are welcome to sell or transfer your ticket to a friend to attend the same event on the same date and time. Please let us know if you wish to do this so I can amend the attendee list. I will also endeavour to sell the ticket on through my social media channels if enough time is given.
