Service Description

Chair Yoga is a seated movement class that incorporates yoga, dance, pilates, meditation and relaxation working on maintaining flexibility, strength, coordination and most of all its fun and there is always laughter. We begin with breathing exercises, then ease our bodies out with a range of seated stretching yoga poses. We often learn a choreographed seated movement sequences for our coordination and memory and then come to standing to work on our balance. We finish with a guided relaxation to ease our mind. Wednesday: 10.00 - 11.00am - The Threshing Barn

Cancellation Policy

Class Cancellation Policy General Classes Bookings for classes may be changed or cancelled up to 4 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations or changes made less than 4 hours before class are not eligible for a refund or transfer. Workshops & Events All workshop bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of notice given. Please ensure you can attend before making a booking. Courses Courses must be paid for in advance. Participants are expected to attend all scheduled weeks of the course. Missed sessions cannot be refunded or transferred. Exceptions may be considered in extenuating circumstances and at our discretion which will incur an admin fee.
