Gentle Hatha Yoga Online

Online Class

Service Description

This is a live online class. Once you book you will be sent a link to join the live studio class on zoom. Gentle Hatha Yoga is ideal for those new to yoga or those who are interested in a gentle practice. The class begins with mat-based poses to ease out areas of tension in the body and start connecting the mind with the and body including twists, stretching and mobility work. We will then make our way to standing using the breath as we flow through creative flowing standing sequences. This style of yoga is suitable for all levels particularly beginners and is pregnancy friendly.
