Service Description

This is a live online class. Once you book you will be sent a link to join the live studio class on zoom. Gentle Hatha Yoga is ideal for those new to yoga or those who are interested in a gentle practice. The class begins with mat-based poses to ease out areas of tension in the body and start connecting the mind with the and body including twists, stretching and mobility work.
