Service Description
A sound bath is a deeply immersive experience where you are gently surrounded by sound. As you lie comfortably, the tones and vibrations of crystal and Himalayan singing bowls wash over you, helping the body relax and the mind slow down. Sessions are tailored depending on whether you book a 1:1 or group experience. 1:1 Sound Bath Experience This 1:1 session offers a more personalised and intuitive experience, tailored to what you need in the moment.
