Service Description

NEW TO YOGA? WANT TO RESTART YOUR YOGA JOURNEY AFTER A BREAK? This 4 week course is for you. No prior experience of yoga needed and the group will be limited to 8 people for small group teaching face to face to enable you to get the maximum benefit. Classes are friendly and relaxed with questions and interactivity encouraged. The aim is for you to complete the course feeling confident to attend any yoga class anywhere. WHAT YOU WILL LEARN ~ Key postures that feature in almost every yoga class ~ How to adapt postures to suit you ~ Mindful movement ~ Mind, body & breath connection ~ Relaxation techniques & guided meditation ~ Ways to improve your flexibility, strength and overall well-being If you have a mat then please feel free to bring it or a mat can be provided.


Cancellation Policy

Class Cancellation Policy General Classes Bookings for classes may be changed or cancelled up to 4 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations or changes made less than 4 hours before class are not eligible for a refund or transfer. Workshops & Events All workshop bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of notice given. Please ensure you can attend before making a booking. Courses Courses must be paid for in advance. Participants are expected to attend all scheduled weeks of the course. Missed sessions cannot be refunded or transferred. Exceptions may be considered in extenuating circumstances and at our discretion which will incur an admin fee.
