About the Event

Haltwhistle Growing Together and Green Croft Arts are working together to offer you a series of creative and wellbeing workshops that will keep you active during the dark winter days. Sessions are free and all materials will be provided.

Calming Sounds 

Thursday 1st Feburary 2024

Start with simple lunch 12 midday (donations to cover refreshment costs welcome) and end 2.30 pm

The session will explore different ways to help you calm your mind and body. You will be introduced to different breathing techniques, guided imagery and Himalayan & crystal sound bathing.

The sessions have been made possible with funding from the Dickon Trust Fund, Pen & Palette Club Fund and the Tyne and Wear Community Foundation and supported by Haltwhistle Partnership and the Coop Community Fund.
