About the Event
The Threshing Barn Opening Weekend
Join is for this FREE Family Yoga taster class. A fun and inclusive activity for parents and children aged between 5 - 12 years old. The aim of the class is to promote physical health, mindfulness, and bonding through simple, accessible yoga poses and exercises that everyone in the family can enjoy. The class will begin with a gentle warm-up to help connect with their breath and relax your bodies and then be guided through some playful poses that incorporate creative storytelling, animal-inspired movements, and partner poses to encourage listening and cooperation.
Max 2 children per adult and each adult and child needs their own ticket.
The Threshing Barn has been made possible through funding from the Rural Asset Multiplier Pilot Programme. The RAMP Programme is delivered by Northumberland County Council and is part funded by the North East Combined Authority Investment Fund and by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
