Pilates Foundations – 4-Class Block with Susie Tate Build strength, flexibility, and body awareness at your own pace in this friendly, supportive class block. Whether you’re new to Pilates or looking to refresh your practice, Susie Tate will guide you step by step through movements suitable for all levels. No experience is needed — just bring comfortable clothing, a mat if you have one, and an open mind. Over 4 classes, you’ll develop the confidence and tools to continue your Pilates journey. ✨ Suitable for all ages and fitness levels ✨ Small, welcoming group setting ✨ Perfect for beginners and those returning to Pilates

Cancellation Policy

Class Cancellation Policy General Classes Bookings for classes may be changed or cancelled up to 4 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations or changes made less than 4 hours before class are not eligible for a refund or transfer. Workshops & Events All workshop bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of notice given. Please ensure you can attend before making a booking. Courses Courses must be paid for in advance. Participants are expected to attend all scheduled weeks of the course. Missed sessions cannot be refunded or transferred. Exceptions may be considered in extenuating circumstances and at our discretion which will incur an admin fee.
