Service Description
Winter Solstice Yoga Evening 2022 It’s the last Sound Bath Sunday of the year and we are going to get into the Christmas spirit with an evening of candlelight, dreamy yin yoga and sound bathing. The festive season can be a whirlwind of stress so it's so important to take time to look after yourself. Shorter days and longer nights signal a time for rest in the animal and plant kingdom. Dressing the space in candles and fairy lights the workshop will celebrate rest and you. Celebrating Stillness We will begin with a series of supported Yin Yoga poses, pranayama and meditation to helps take us deep into stillness on the shortest day and the longest night. Nature is fully at rest during this period, and our practice will reflect the beauty of stillness. Celebrating Rest After yin yoga we will move through to a self massage for the face and neck before nestling into a blanket and lavender eye pillow (which you can take home) for a nurturing, restful Yoga Nidra to help calm and relax. Celebrating Sound Relaxed and calm you will then enjoy a crystal bowl sound bath. Celebrating Community We will finish the session with Swedish cinnamon buns (in homage to the Swedish festival of Light Santa Lucia) and non-alcoholic mulled wine and enjoy some time to chat. Christmas leggings or PJ’s optional. Food and drinks will be supplied.

Cancellation Policy
Class Cancellation Policy General Classes Bookings for classes may be changed or cancelled up to 4 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations or changes made less than 4 hours before class are not eligible for a refund or transfer. Workshops & Events All workshop bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of notice given. Please ensure you can attend before making a booking. Courses Courses must be paid for in advance. Participants are expected to attend all scheduled weeks of the course. Missed sessions cannot be refunded or transferred. Exceptions may be considered in extenuating circumstances and at our discretion which will incur an admin fee.
