Service Description

This course will support participants to incorporate gentle, basic yoga and relaxation techniques within their daily lives to maintain and improve back health. You will learn a range of relaxing, stretching and strengthening poses in lying, standing and sitting positions. You will learn how to use props (e.g. yoga block, blanket or belt) are used to support you and aid the posture. You will have a better understanding of postural awareness as well as learning breathing and meditation techniques to help with relaxation and pain relief.


Cancellation Policy

Class Cancellation Policy General Classes Bookings for classes may be changed or cancelled up to 4 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations or changes made less than 4 hours before class are not eligible for a refund or transfer. Workshops & Events All workshop bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of notice given. Please ensure you can attend before making a booking. Courses Courses must be paid for in advance. Participants are expected to attend all scheduled weeks of the course. Missed sessions cannot be refunded or transferred. Exceptions may be considered in extenuating circumstances and at our discretion which will incur an admin fee.
