SOUND HEALING WITH AMANDA
I trained with Adrienne Woods and I am an accredited Crystal Bowl and Himalayan Bowl Practitioner through the College of Sound Healing. I use a variety of sound instruments within my practice including, crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, Koshi chimes and other percussive instruments that promote a sense of deep relaxation.
Whether you join me for a group event, a private 1-1 or small group session, you’ll be able to experience the amazing power of sound healing. Sound healing can help you clear energy blockages and thus facilitate healing on a physical and mental level. Some of the benefits of sound therapy include; lower stress levels, fewer mood swings, lower blood pressure, lower cholesterol and improved sleep.
