During lockdown Green Croft Arts offered a range of FREE activities to help keep those at most risk moving taking into consideration lack of internet access and use for rural and older communities.
FREE 1:1 Digital Training Sessions
18 people accessed our free 1:1 sessions digital skills training sessions, offering guidance and confidence on using Zoom to enable them to take part in our Chair Yoga sessions. After the training some chose not to access the online classes and receive the free DVD's instead.
FREE Online Chair Yoga Sessions (via Zoom)
