Rural projects connect in Rothbury to plan future

On 10th July 2024 we were invited to to attend the first RAMP networking event at Rothbury Jubilee Hall alongside other organisations receiving RAMP funding. It was a great opportunity for all the projects to connect and find out how we could work alongside each other. There were projects spread across the Hadrian's Wall corridor, Northumberland National Park and the Northumberland Coast National Landscape.

Various organisations led presentations on their projects including ourselves. It was interesting to hear the variety and breadth of projects and we made a note to connect with those geographically close to us. One key message that was left with us was how could there be better-connected promotion of tourism between projects.
