Sound Healing
Cautions & Contraindications

Although Sound Healing is very therapeutic and relaxing, there are some conditions when either cautions should be exercised or there may possibly be a total contraindication. If you have any queries about any of the following please message before booking  a group or 1:1 sound bath session. 

  • Tinnitus

  • Ear infections 

  • Diabetes 

  • Asthma

  • Meniere's disease

  • Epilepsy

  • First trimester of pregnancy. After 12 weeks seek medical advice to ensure suitability. 

  • Cancer. A cancer diagnosis and receiving cancer and advanced stages of cancer 

  • Severe mental illness

  • Recent hip / join operations/metal implants. There are rarely problems for implants have been in-situ for a number of years.  

  • Osteoporosis 

  • High blood pressure

  • Stroke survivor 

  • People fitted with pacemakers​​
