Cautions & Contraindications
Although Sound Healing is very therapeutic and relaxing, there are some conditions when either cautions should be exercised or there may possibly be a total contraindication. If you have any queries about any of the following please message before booking a group or 1:1 sound bath session.

First trimester of pregnancy. After 12 weeks seek medical advice to ensure suitability.

Recent hip / join operations/metal implants. There are rarely problems for implants have been in-situ for a number of years.
